Thanks for checking out One Bright Spot Photography. My name is Jacob Vorpahl and I'm a Jacksonville, FL-based photographer. I've been dabbling in photography since 2007 after I returned from a tour in Iraq with the Marine Corps, and I officially launched the business side in the fall of 2011.
I love photographing people, but I specialize in portraits. My goal is create a story with the pictures that I create, and I hope to be able to do that for many clients for years to come.
My lovely wife Sarah has been by my side since we got married in 2008, and my son Jaxson was born in August of 2011. We're a happy little family and we enjoy bringing joy to others, be it photography or in simple relationships.
